Terms of Service

CTOx AI provides:

• AI-powered CTO guidance and strategy recommendations
• Technical decision support
• Architecture, engineering, and product insights
• AI chat interactions
• Document upload and analysis
• Subscription plans, including free and paid tiers
• Access to domain-specific AI CTO personas (FinTech, MedTech, SaaS, AI/ML, etc.)

The Service is intended to support decision-making, not replace professional engineering judgment.

You must:

• be at least 18 years old,
• have legal capacity to enter into agreements,
• use the Service for lawful purposes only.

We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms.

To use certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

• provide accurate information,
• maintain the security of your account,
• notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.

CTOx AI offers:

• a Free tier with limited daily usage,
• paid Pro and Pro+ subscriptions with additional features.

When subscribing:

• You authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
• Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time - cancellations apply to the next billing cycle.

Refund Policy (No Refunds)

All payments are final and non-refundable, including partial periods, unused time, or accidental purchases.

If required by applicable law, we may process refunds only in cases mandated by UAE regulations.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

• AI output may be incorrect, incomplete, or outdated.
• The Service does not provide legal, financial, or medical advice.
• AI recommendations should be validated before implementation.
• You are responsible for decisions you make based on the AI's output.

We disclaim all liability related to decisions made using the Service.

You agree not to:

• misuse or attempt to break the Service,
• upload harmful, illegal, or dangerous content,
• use the platform to generate or distribute harmful content,
• reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass technical protections,
• use the Service for activities prohibited under UAE law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.

"User Content" includes documents, text, files, messages, or any material you upload or submit.

You retain ownership of your User Content.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:

• process your content for AI analysis,
• store it temporarily for service performance,
• improve your personalisation and experience.

We do not claim ownership over your content, and we do not use uploaded documents to train external AI models.

All rights, title, and interest in:

• CTOx AI models
• platform interface
• code, design, UX, and branding
• AI personas, knowledge base, and training logic

belong exclusively to WebSailors FZCO.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal purposes only.

You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the Service.

We may:

• update features,
• introduce new limitations,
• suspend access for maintenance,
• discontinue parts of the Service.

We will attempt to notify users of significant changes but are not obligated to do so.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• you violate these Terms,
• engage in harmful or illegal activity,
• misuse the platform or its AI systems.

Upon termination:

• your access to the Service is revoked,
• subscriptions are not refunded.

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law:

• We provide the Service "AS IS", with no guarantees of accuracy or suitability.
• We are not liable for damages, losses, or business outcomes resulting from AI output or reliance on recommendations.
• Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid in the preceding 30 days.

We disclaim all warranties, including:

• fitness for a particular purpose,
• accuracy, completeness, reliability of AI output,
• uninterrupted or error-free operation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dubai.
